HPW may collect and share information about your visits to the Portal with the Trustee and the employer that sponsors the pension scheme to monitor the usage of the Portal.

We will collect and process personal data that you provide to us which might include your username, email address, mobile phone number, nominated beneficiaries etc for use on behalf of the Trustee as the pension administrators of the scheme.

You access the Portal at your own risk. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability and may temporarily restrict access for maintenance or technical issues. If the Portal is unavailable, contact us for urgent matters.
